Hi Darrel,
I got this thing from Dell; let me see if I can find the disk we
need.
I'm free all day tomorrow, as far as I know.

Hi, reinstalling win7 should be no problem if you have win7 media disk. I
will be happy to help if you must reinstall.
I can help you check some things over the phone. We just need to set a time.

Subject: [ATI] How do I know if Windows 7 is Corrupted

Hi everyone,

Certain things--like copy to clipboard and append to
clipboard, to name two things, do not seem to work reliably; I am also
having issues with Microsoft Outlook 2010 Home and Student--not being able
to delete empty folders; having messages close before I'm finished.

When my tech was here last, he did some things that don't
seem to have improved the issues; it mainly had to do with the event log; it
wasn't always running, but I know that wouldn't affect how Windows does or
doesn't run--all it does is keep a log of certain activity--right?

If it turns out Windows 7 is corrupt, if I can get all the
data off myself, can I re-install it, or will I need a tech to do it.

Darla
