The reset button is next to the power switch. You may need a stylus or other pointy object to push the button depending on the size and strength of your fingers. When you push it, the apex will beep. The display will go blank, it will beep again, and begin resetting. You will hear a startup sound when it's done and it'll take you to the main menu. I hope you find this helpful.
