Do you have the drop box application running? You could also try logging in to the drop box web site and see if the file shows there.

I set up an account recently; when I open it up, I should see a public file someone shared with me, but all I see are the same things when I open "my computer" or its equivalent.

What am I doing wrong? I thought I saw it the first time.
