I have some questions. Can someone tell me who is a trainer or volunteer to assist in the Springfield area? For JAWS 14 & Brailliant display on Dell laptop. And another for iPad & Bluetooth qwerty keyboard and Brailliant. TAP-I is limitation on fund. RSB in that area has no provider. Why? For Deaf-Blind who need so bad and feel alike isolation. CS
