It has a tuner, the docking station, an antenna and a remote and cables. But
you hook it up to a speaker or stereo with the cables. Mine is running through
a Bose radio. But there are lots of choices depending on whether you want a
stand alone receiver or a tuner. I would consider contacting XM and discussing
options with them and see what works for you. And of course, you have to call
XM anyway to activate whatever you purchase. John

Thanks so much I see it on amazon, so it looks like I need a docking station,
speakers and the remote? Is that right?

Yes, it has a remote that is a little bit easier to use than the receiver. I
also donwloaded the manual and it was fairly helpful. John

I have an onyx that is probably about as accessible as any of them. Not
perfect but it does have buttons and you can do presets. There may be better
ones but it works. John

      Hi all

My husband had a sky box for xm for about ten years. It just died. Any
accessible ideas for at home xm receiver?

      Thanks
