Yeah, and I named them, but even if I was slightly incorrect, I know I had
the first letters correct and no dice.

P.S.  Just had this machine worked on, and can't fine the Outlook 2010
setting to have email addresses added  either, and I have my old addresses
but can't add new people automatically anymore.

I tried to move two files from my desktop to a memory stick-and I was
successful and completed editing them on the laptop-but now they seem not to
be either place, and I have searched under their names?  Is there anything
else to try?
