GW Connect made it simple.  Yes, you can use Skype with a screen user, but
like I said, GW Connect made it so that just about anyone could use Skype
without all of the other junk that comes with Skype getting in the way.

Ya, in Windows 8.1, they no longer allow the SDK to be used which the GW
Micro app depends on. Having said that, the skype program itself is quite
accessible with most screen readers, so I'm not sure what purpose gw connect
really has.
