Hi Darla,
I put the instructions to do a repair below. But you need to check your
rules. You may have created a rule that is over riding your other rules.
To do a repair;
from the start menu
type control in the search box and press enter
This should open the control panel
find programs and features and press enter
press M to get you close
Arrow down to Microsoft office 2010
Press alt +f to open the file menu
arrow down to repair.
you may need your office cd to finish the repair

Thank You,
Darrel Vickers,

Subject: [ATI] Outlook 2010 Issue

It seems every time I bring the program up, it ignores more and more rules;
it didn't look like there was a repair option at add/remove programs; am I
missing something here? Is it worth redoing the rules I have thus far?

With Gratitude, Darla Who hopes to get her Email back under control
