Darla,
Resetting your phone is done as a last resort. Before you do that, you might try doing a soft reset. First of all, use your app switcher to close all of your apps. Then hold down your home button and your power button together for about 10 seconds. Your phone should restart on it's own but if after a couple of minutes it doesn't start then go ahead and turn it on as you normally would. Let us know if this helps. ____________________________________________________________________________ _ Denny Huff Gateway for the Blind LLC. Subject: [ATI] Resetting an iPhone 5 This thing is locking up on me quite a bit and it was suggested to me that I reset it to factory default settings and re-install everything. How exactly is this accomplished? Many thanks, Darla Darla J. Rogers M.S. [email protected]
