Just got off the phone with a lady at jaws and she was very snippy. I spent 4 hours Sunday afternoon on the jaws topics trying to learn the new key strokes with jaws 17 and windows10 long with how to do the ocr and other things I do not understand such as scripts and exactly how the invisible cursor and the virtual buffer works and what it actually does for me as far as being able to navigate the web or pdf as a sighted person does.
It was very confusing. She kept saying, thisispart of training. We donothelp you with that. So, is there an online course I can take that will help me learn what I need to do to work fast on a daily basis with jaws and windows 10? Also, is there a down load out there that will convert my pdf to word documents. Ihave never been able to get adobie reader to do it successfully. s thanks for any help anyone can give me. k Sue Slater Destination Wedding andHoneymoon Specialist with all cruise lines and all inclusive resort chains European specialist Cruise Specialist with all cruise lines and river-boat lines Specialist with all all-inclusive resort chains Hawaiian specialist , doing honeymoons in the South Pacific Expert Knowlege in the Accessible travel Market Place Associated with travel Quest out of MN.
