Subject: [ATI] getting rid of the windows 10 upgrade

How do you get rid of the constant and annoying invitation to upgrade to
windows 10? I don't want to do that till I know it really works well for
blind people with screen readers. This little so-called invitation pops up
more and more often. How do I make it go away once and for all?
