You can also do it in the properties of the document. With the document
selected, press alt-enter. Tab to unblock, and press the space bar. Then you
have to alt tab out of properties, and then back in to move around again.
After doing this, press tab to ok, and you're good to open your document
unprotected.

While in Word, do an alt f for file.

Up arrow to options and press enter.

Down arrow to, trust center and tab to, settings and press enter.

Arrow down to, protected view and press tab.

Uncheck, enable files from the internet.

Uncheck, enable attachments from outlook.

Tab to OK and then again to OK.

You might need to close the document and then reopen it.
