I'm not sure. But you could check what format she is using as compared to yours. e.g. Plain text, html, etc. Look under options email format and compare them. I think the attachments are being embedded instead of separately attached. I have similar problems with photos I am sometimes sent by a person using a Macintosh. Tks, Darrel

Subject: [ATI] Attachments as images? One of my coworkers needs to send me attachments when she finishes editing chapters for me to convert to audio. We are all using outlook 2013. My boss and my other coworker are able to send me attachments with me being able to find and open them with no problem. Somehow, however, when this person sends me attachments, I am not able to find it. My boss says they show up differently for him as well, basically inside the message field as an image, and he just clicks on them, and he can do what he needs to do with them. We walked down to her desk to see what she is doing, and she is using the insert file attachment, just as I and everyone else I work with. Does anyone know what I can have her change on her computer to make the attachments appear correctly for me? Fortunately, we do have dropbox to work with, but sometimes when I am transferring large files, it causes problems for her, as she doesn't have much space available to her there. She is able to send me the attachments using the web mail, but I hate for her to have to do that just for me, as it takes quite a few extra steps. Just curious if anyone has the key to unlock this mystery. (grin)
