Try this; start menu arrow up to all programs right arrow down arrow until you find jaws right arrow down arrow until you find an item that just says jaws press the aplication key on your keyboard the middle key to the right of the space bar. a menu will open now you have a few choices pin to task bar pin to start menu or send to desktop Tks, Darrel
