Just one more problem (read: ambiguity) ... from what end does the offset
work?
For example, given a {begin} of 2005-10-01 and an {end} of 2005-10-31 one
might find that there are 100 matching entries. If {count} is "20", then
which entries are returned when {offset} is "0"?
a) the 20 entries at the 2005-10-01 perimeter
b) the 20 entries at the 2005-10-31 perimeter
