It should likely be ignored on PUT. Otherwise, it would amount to a
move operation that could have some rather unexpected results given that
a Location header is not returned in response to PUT operations.

Looks good but I think it needs to state if
this element is supposed to have any meaning
during a PUT. Or you could drop all
references to POST.
Note that, as opposed to the proposed wording for
pub:slug, the wording for pub:draft does not
indicate any method it is slated for.
