My apologies if this has been discussed before, I'm a new subscriber. Has there been any discussion about using 300 status codes in Atom responses to indicate that there are alternate representations of a particular resource available?
The reason I'm asking is because I'm involved in a small group of metadata developers who are developing an API for copying/pasting metadata resources from web pages [1] and it is starting to seem remarkably like APP + hAtom. //Ed [1] http://www.code4lib.org/files/unapi_revision_0-9.html
