states you SHOULD or shouldn't :-)

Version -07 of the spec stated:

""An Entry POSTed to a collection MUST meet the constraints

That was removed in -08. Are you suggesting that
wording was helpful to potential implementors?
(I know I'd like to see it added back in.)
