Isn't a WRITE-only collection one where the READ-only entries (i.e. ones the client cannot change) are not visible to the client? It's the "or omit them" part that was intended to answer Tim's question. Stated another way: I believe a collection can have members that a particular client cannot see, based upon access context (for example, authenticated identity). I just see *invisble to all clients* (i.e. WRITE-only) as the extreme edge case of this. -- Kyle
