Take another look at the Pace. I've revised a number of the sections and will continue to tweak over the next day or so. Wording suggestions are greatly appreciated; however, discussion of the relevant issues would be even better...e.g. is non-repudiation an issue; what recommendations can we offer to defeat replay attacks; we should probably say something about author spoofing as it relates to the author element and authentication; we should say something about the problems that could arise when a server allows the client to determine the atom:id of member entries; etc.
