Your tarball was really the original one from the xmms site:

xmms-1.2.11.tar.bz2,  size 2581032

Only the comment in the spec file was wrong, because it has not been
stripped
after all.

That is why I got confused ...

Anyway, xmms site seems to be up again and maybe we will have a
new release soon.
