When the packaged mythtv works properly on x86_64 (which will most
likely be 0.19, I guess), the packages will move back to stable. So
simply upgrading will switch your myth to 64 bits someday.

To know when to upgrade: By following the mythtv list, but you should
keep your system up to date anyway, if it connects to the net.
