Hm, how does cx88 get called. Perhaps an old modprobe.conf entry?
Anyway this is alos harmless.

Does not appear to be, I grepped all modprobe.conf files for it,  it's not there.

do you know which one that is? It sounds like VBI (Teletext). Do you
know what versions of ivtv you were using before the upgrade?

Which one you mean which card? In mythbackend log I get "cardid: 1, sourceid 1" for this card (the other one is cardid: 3, sourceid 1). First card is PVR350 (/dev/video0), so must be that one. The other one is PVR150.
And previos ivtv was  0.3.8.

Any error output, or any dump? You can pick the mythtv src.rpm and
rebuild to keep the debuginfo for a proper trace. I stopped
shipping/archiving them some time ago to preserve space.
