You could try rebuilding

http://download.fedora.redhat.com/pub/fedora/linux/core/development/SRPMS/firefox-1.5.0.1-5.src.rpm

rpmbuild --rebuild ...

But maybe there are some requirements that FC4 doesn't meet anymore, I
don't know.

You could also try running FC5 test3 ;)
