Correct. f7-i386 is the proper part of the URL and fc7-i386 is not.

You can config yum by config files under

/etc/yum.conf
and
/etc/yum.repos.d/*.repo

I none of these files you have the broken ATrpms setup. Find it and
change fc7 to f7, that's all.
