Yep i'm using the 350 svideo out. never had any issues with it before 179.  
still worked ok with 178.

Just upgraded to 179 this morning. Watched a few minutes of golf that was 
recorded this afternoon and all seems fine. Are you using the PVR-350 for 
video out? I did that for a year and a half or so and finally gave up. All 
Nvidia now and am *much* happier. Plus I'm ready for HD which the 350 will 
never do.
