I posted to mythtv-users but got no reply, so I posted a comment to #5900. I rebuilt the bijou rpms without the patches and it works fine. I had attempted to patch freesurround.cpp with a hack but it did not help. I don't understand the flow of the code well enough to figure out where to change things. There are many other places where the channels could be swapped, but I don't have enough time to try them all, so I just removed the patches for #5900.
