The problem is that they do not work for me. I get a kernel panic (I use snd_hda_intel and snd_hda_codec) either running RHEL5, 64 bits or CentOS, 32 bits PAE. I have no clue how to solve this, but maybe the drivers work better for you. I am using them just fine on F10/F11, though (same hardware). If you try them, please post the results here.
