I'm in the same boat but what little I've read there are some minor
issues with F14 so as with any new release I would wait a month or two
otherwise it really depends on your requirements, mine is MythTV so most
of the features don't really do anything for me other cause me more work
fixing packages etc..

My upgrade to f13 using preupdate seems to have been successful and
fairly painless. I ran into the 200MB boot partition limit but the
wired-internet installer download worked as advertised.
