Hi - on Scientific Linux 6, I have this update problem, possibly because there
are no atrpms ocaml-*devel packages?

Is it a bug that the -devel packages are not in atrpms or should I attack this
in other various ways - such as yum priorities (with its own set of issues) or
maintain my own include/exclude list?
