mythtv-setup: symbol lookup error: /usr/lib64/libmythbase-0.25.so.0:

I get the above symbol error. From the research the main problem is a
qt package problem (maybe?).
I've tried to remove qt then reinstall using only atrpms as the repo,
same error.
currently when i run "yum update" = no packages for update.
Any Ideas?

You need to enable the testing repo and replace the qt packages with the
qt47 ones in that repo
