Just for the record. On FreeBSD, 'make' is BSD 'make', and 'gmake' is GNU 'make'.
For building ATS, please do: gmake MAKE=gmake MAKE4J=gmake If you want to install ATS (after compilation is done successfully), please do gmake install That is all.
