* doc/auctex.texi (top): Mention reference card.
* doc/auctex.texi: Add formatting emergencystretch. Move macros
input.
(top): Rearrange somewhat. Avoid duplicate contents (?).
* doc/auctex.texi (top): In the user-visible part of the info
file, move the copying info completely to the "Copying this
manual" section in order to reduce clutter.
