Log message:
Set `TeX-kpathsea-path-delimiter' to nil since
kpsewhich in MiKTeX (aka findtexmf) does not emit any useful
information if fed with kpathsea-related variables anyway. This
change makes `TeX-doc' work again on MiKTeX.
