Hmm... generally speaking, it isn't clear whether we should insert such dummy separator into adjacent options. I'd prefer let-binding `TeX-insert-macro-default-style' to `show-all-optional-args' in `LaTeX--env-parse-args'. I expect that wouldn't bother existing users.
