I can't tell. I tried again this recipe:
• emacs -Q
• Activate AUCTeX (which is eval'ing 2 forms in my .emacs)
• eval in scratch:
(setq TeX-outline-extra
'(("[ \t]*\\\\titledquestion\\b" 5)))
• Open the file you sent
• M-x outline-minor-mode RET
• M-x outline-hide-body RET
It gives me the results I already sent as snapshot.
