When you use AUCTeX local git repository directly, you probably have
(load "/PATH/TO/auctex-autoloads.el" nil t t)
(with-eval-after-load 'info
(add-to-list 'Info-additional-directory-list
"/PATH/TO/doc/"))
in your ~/.emacs.d/init.el . Just comment out them.
