Fix reset of `LaTeX-provided-(class|package)-options'
* latex.el: Add `LaTeX-provided-class-options' and
`LaTeX-provided-package-options' to `TeX-normal-mode-reset-list'.
(LaTeX-auto-cleanup): Don't reset the variables. (bug#78296)
