Hello there!
I've just updated to MikTeX 2.8 on Windows XP and found myself in
trouble compiling my bibtex data using emacs/auctex:
If I run bibtex using C-c BibTeX RET, I get an error:

Running `BibTeX' on `effizienz_paper' with ``bibtex effizienz_paper''
This is BibTeX, Version 0.99c (Web2C 7.5.4)
The top-level auxiliary file: effizienz_paper.aux
I couldn't open style file biblatex.bst
---line 5 of file effizienz_paper.aux
: \bibstyle{biblatex
: }
I'm skipping whatever remains of this command
I found no style file---while reading file effizienz_paper.aux
(There were 2 error messages)
BibTeX exited abnormally with code 2 at Wed May 12 18:43:56

Running `bibtex effizienz_paper' in the command window causes no
problems, everything is fine.
Note that this problem happens when using styles other from biblatex, too.
I'm using GNU Emacs 23.1.1 and AUCTeX 11.86.
