I cannot reproduce this bug just selecting the XeTeX engine in the Command > TeXing Options menu. > What do I need to change in my setup to fix this? We have to see your setup in order to tell you how to fix it :-) Information gathered with `M-x TeX-submit-bug-report RET' should suffice.
