I'm using cygwin 64 on windows 8.1. The auctex in cygwin (emacs-auctex) works, but the one installed from ELPA (auctex 11.88.4) do not function.
When opening or loading a .tex file with emacs, it always says: > Debugger entered--Lisp error: (error "Autoloading failed to define > function TeX-latex-mode") Anyone knows why? -- *"SAVE PAPER - PLEASE THINK BEFORE YOU PRINT!"*
