Well, and there were earlier aspects that were fixed.

+1 to discussing after release. As Martyn and I mentioned, it's so long
and byzantine, that it's hard to know what to do -- and that's why I
suspect it should be marked DEVEL-FIXED.

Well, let me know. I guess the other alternative is to implement
Leland's patch that adds a new logger class. I was hesitant to do that,
just because it seemed to add a lot that wxWidgets should actually have.

Well, "just before" doesn't leave time to test, but if you test them (to
