Freeze for 2.0 is on!!!

If I had another hour, I'd make the changes to the headers for
dual-licensed files, but as I understand it, there's no legal
*requirement* to do so, that they're acceptably licensed now.

It's been more than an hour since I asked whether we are ready, and got
no responses. And it's 19 minutes past the time we agreed to, so freeze
is on.

Thanks to all who worked so hard to get us here. We've allocated two
weeks for testing, so we should be able to do that pretty thoroughly.
I'd appreciate front-loading as much testing as possible, i.e., try to
get it all done this week, so we're not presented with newly discovered
issues close to Feb 29.
