Okay, I've posted the next round of *-v.php changes:
* /download/index-v.php
* Removed the Legacy Downloads section!
* Added the Mac OS 9 line to Further Information.
* /download/windows-v.php and mac-v.php:
* Fixed the Nightly Builds issue in windows-v.php.
* Reordered the downloads bullets to emphasize the
download rather than the OS's.
* /download/linux-v.php:
* Fixed the "Beta" problem. I don't think we need to comment
on how many packages update, but noting those who do it
regularly was a good suggestion, so added.
* Fixed a problem in reported tarball sizes.
* Added Google+ badge to the footer, currently shown only on
/index-v.php and /download/index-v.php. I think we agreed to this, but
it's easy to remove if I'm incorrect.
Sorry to say, I didn't complete all the suggested changes... and more
came in later... and I'm done for today. Another day of delay?

But I think we don't have full agreement yet, so I think it's necessary.
And the cycle really should be 48 hours, I think.
So I'll make more website changes and discuss, and expect March 9
release. Okay?
