Thanks, Vaughan. We don't have a Sinhalese translation yet, so in 
your case, following the above page, you want to create a .po file 
for your language by downloading the latest "audacity.pot" and
renaming it to "audacity.po".

When we commit it to the codebase with the completed translations, 
it will be named as "si.po" for Sinhalese.
