The first priority (for all languages) is the Frequently Asked 
Questions:
http://manual.audacityteam.org/man/FAQ

because these are often practical issues (for example to do with 
setting up for recording) without which people can't use Audacity
for what they want to do. 

So you could either do Quick Help first then FAQ, or FAQ and break 
off that from time to time to work on Quick Help.
