I've just given RC1 a test-drive through my two major workflows
on both my Windows machines (XP & W7) and all seems to
work fine and as expected:
1) Desktop XP-HE external Edirol UA-1EX USB soundcard
Record LP, export 32-bit WAV for ClckRepair s/w, import back
into Audacity, label tracks, clean inter-track gaps, Normalize,
Export Multiple 16-bit WAVs.
2) Laptop W7 onboard soundcard
Timer recording of internet radio stream followed by extractions
of "songs" removing DJ patter, Normalize, Export Multiple.
3) Both machines set to use WDS in the Device Toolbar, the sliders
work as expected. Though I still get the anomaly on the Desktop
with the USB soundcard that the input slider is not grayed-out
(expected behavior) It is movable even, but has no impact on the
input signal level.

Note that I made the prefix consistent in Summary column among them,
"Audacity 2.0.3rc1", at
https://code.google.com/p/audacity/downloads/list, including manual, so
they alphabetize together. Easier to check that the group is complete
and grouped together.
Test away, please. The 48-hour cycle is on. So if these are good, we
should be able to release by 5am GMT on January 20 -- but I'm fine with
later that day. ;-)
