I did an uninstall before installing 2.0.4rc1, and I don't have 
mod-script-pipe. So I think you must have had it from a previous release.

Martyn, how about changing audacity.iss to remove any previous 
installation? Let me know if you need help with that. I think that means 
we need an rc2 for the Win installer, but not any of the others.
