I'd say "no", personally because of the extra work it will create. It looks like the hyphen that was added to "Plugin name" will not be relevant to the translated string in many locales, looking at the existing translations of "Select Plug-ins to Install or press ENTER to Install All". Of the .po files committed so far, I changed the Basque translation of "Plug-in Name" to "Plug-in Izena" (with hyphen) before committing it, because it seemed that Xabier consistently hyphenates "Plug-in" in his translations. So if anyone whose translation is awaiting commit wants to change their submitted translation of "Plug-in Name" please say.
