I have no personal interest in committing this, especially if incomplete
and you are not undertaking to complete it.  

According to http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Esperanto there could be
160,000 to 2 million users of Esperanto, all or most of whom presumably
speak some other language that is already offered on the site. 

Others may take a different view.  

Feel free to argue the case if you wish.
